RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Two Reasons for our No Return-Limited Exchange Policy:
- To help keep costs low we currently do not offer returns on items. We only exchange items that are defective or damaged and are reported within 14 days of receiving it. The item must also be in its original packaging and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We use a portion of all sales that come in through the United Lifesavers store for our Acts of Random Kindness initiative where we partner with small businesses to purchase their products and services to randomly give to their customers. To offer a refund on any item that has already been used towards our initiative would cost the company and hinder our mission.
To complete your exchange on a damaged or defective item, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, subject line: Return, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your email we'll send you an email to notify you where to send your damaged or defective item and a return shipping label will be sent to your email upon approval.
Once your damaged or defective item is returned and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and when it will be reshipped.
Important to Note:
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Unfortunately, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
In the rare case that a item is marked as delivered by the courier, but you report you have yet to receive it, we will not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to your address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. Please reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."
If your unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you, may vary.
